Regulators Push for “In-Cash” Redemption Model for Bitcoin Spot ETFs

Bitcoin spot ETF applicants will likely be required by regulators to adopt an “in-cash” redemption model for their fund’s shares, according to Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas. This development comes as negotiations between the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and various fund managers progress on the matter.
