In a recent update, MuesliSwap, a popular decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol on the Cardano blockchain, has revealed its plans to launch a refund site to resolve user concerns regarding losses caused by high slippage.
The MuesliSwap team has informed CoinDesk that they will be opening a claims window where users can request refunds for losses incurred due to slippage. This announcement comes after community members, such as @beaumont_dvd, expressed impatience with the delay in the launch of the self-claim refund website, which was originally promised three months ago.
According to CoinDesk, MuesliSwap clarified that users can already seek refunds for losses by opening a support ticket on the project’s Discord server. This manual process requires users to provide their personal wallet details for manual processing. However, the upcoming self-claim site is expected to automate the refund process, allowing users to connect to the Cardano network directly and receive their refund in ADA tokens.
